Quote from: TL on July 15, 2010, 03:24:13 PMAs much as I want something from Awake, it would more likely be something more recent; odds of it being A Rite Of Passage are probably pretty high. Though there are other songs I'd prefer, I'd be fine with that.Yeah, I think they'd add something off Systematic Chaos or BC&SL, since RR Records has been releasing a lot of DLC recently. If they added The Dark Eternal Night I would FFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU- first, but I'd realize that it's a hard song to play and hell of a fun one to sing.

Under A Glass Moon would be pretty epic.Honestly, though it will probably never happen, Images & Words as DLC would be incredible.
Every time someone brings up "Never Enough", the terrorists win.
Cole: "Ow I just got hit in the balls"Me: "How?"Cole: "Well you know when you try to scratch your balls, and you scratch too hard?
I'll admit sometimes I want to listen to Dragonforce.
Rock Band 3 is gonna be great period. The 'pro' idea is great, for those who haven't already seen it there are 2 new guitar controllers, one with 102 buttons and one which is just a real guitar with some extra electronics! It's gonna be so hard, but so great.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D5De9eCH1EUAlso, I don't think there will be a DT song in the RB3 setlist, but I think there will be a 3-song DT DLC package released for it soon after release.
Setra, I think that is the best statement I have read on this forum. Very well said.

Just amazing. DT should count their lucky stars that some of their fans are at this level of unconditional cult worship.
Seriously, if they take it this far, wouldn't it be better just to drop the game and learn how to shred for real?
Sure but its a skill that people could be developing. Why play a game that simulates that when you could take the time to do it for real, is my point.
I think the game lets you sing an octave higher or lower

Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.

But if the controls of the game are exactly like a real guitar, it seems like a better deal to just learn how to play the instrument.
