In 2002 I saw DT @ Pier 6 in Balitmore (tour w/ Satriani).

MP tossed a beach ball on the stage and said "Mr. Myung and Mr. Petrucci...PLAY BALL" and JP and JM played a bunch of noodly parts together while kicking the ball back and forth!
