Make me a setlist
« on: June 04, 2010, 06:06:35 AM »
So, today is Friday.  I mentioned in another post that on Fridays I get to throw the headphones on and disappear into the data-center for a while and pull tapes.  I had said that I listened to the studio version of Take The Time and it was like hearing it for the first time...it sounded amazing.

I wanted to change things up a bit and see what we could come up with here; I'll need about 8-10 songs, give it a nice open-middle-closing feel to it, and most importantly...songs that you might not pick right away.  I know that's kind of relative and subjective...but of course we'd all pick DOE, DEN, Glass Prison, Erotomania, Metropolis etc...let's see what we can come up with that are a little different than your average bear. :metal

Sweet...any preference as to live/studio?  If live, which release?

I'll let ya know how it goes!  And very, very good choices!

I actually ended up just listening to some Diecast.

I kept getting interrupted before I could create the setlist in my MP3 player, so I just tossed on some Diecast.  Man that's good stuff, great message, nice bass playing, great message...awesome band.
