Coincidence with Syllables...
« on: May 14, 2010, 01:17:06 AM »
Okay, it's 3:14am here in New York, so maybe I'm just over-tired, but I came up with this interesting/pointless observation:
Look at DT's last 3 album titles. Count the syllables in each one. There are 5 in 8VM, 6 in SC, and 7 in BC&SL.
Just pointing that out...and now I'm off to bed.

Obviously it´s a secret message from James to his fellow aliens that will dominate the world after they release their 12th album.

Octavarium might have been done on purpose to stick with the 5/8 theme...  who knows!

Hmmm, the pattern makes sense! All of their best albums have an odd number of syllables in their title!  :lol

Looking back now, I don't understand what I thought was so monumental about the stupid syllable thing.

This actually reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry wakes up in the middle of the night and writes down a joke. Then he doesn't understand why the joke was even funny the next day.

More over, he couldn't even read his own hand-writing and asked his friends and strangers what they thought it read. When he finally found out what it was, it wasn't funny at all.

I guess sometimes we think something is interesting on our half-awake states and decide to post about it, then realize maybe it wasn't so interesting after all.
