What do you mean "most"? There are 7 Awake songs on his list for crying out loud.

Learning to Live-Images and WordsThese are also John Myung's best lyrics, you can actually get some kind of relatable meaning out of them, whether or not you knew the song was meant to be about AIDSHe may have said it on an interview, but there's no evidence whatsoever in the lyrics that this song is about AIDS.... so? Are you implying that the lyricist is wrong about what he wrote the song about?

There's nothing in the song that couldn't be applied to AIDS at all, and with a lot of songs the meaning isn't necessarily obvious without clarification from the lyricist.
Also, if a song is left open for several interpretations at first, it's perfectly fine; and more often than not, the lyricist doesn't really explain the meaning of the lyrics, but leaves it open. So what?

So what?True. But there's always that little part of you that would want the lyrics to be explained, just out of pure curiosity and to see if your interpretation fits with the original meaning.
Gadough isn't Hitler. He's much, much worse.
I'd prefer some words, though. A great song, but wouldn't even make my top 25...
How very anticlimactic.

Orion....that's the one with a bunch of power chords and boringly harsh vocals, isn't it?
A very worthy number 1! Well-done.
Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.
