After listening to a couple of Megadeth songs the other night drinking some beers, I sort of got back into them. I listened to Endgame (2009) and whoa, that album is a thrash metal roller coaster ride. I'd put that album just under Rust in Peace, and Peace Sells.
Speaking of the latter, I listened to that as well, and some of the riffs just groove on that one; I forgot how much I used to like this band.

Endgame is my favourite Megadeth album. Peace Sells... But Who's Buying is almost as good, but has some overplayed songs.

But Good Mourning/Black Friday and Bad Omen are probably the two best Megadeth songs.

I need to buy some Megadeth albums, and I definitely want Rust In Peace.

I do not like the remastered version at all, though it is alot cheaper than the original. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Endgame is outstanding. My #3 Megadeth album.
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

Yes, I agree, Endgame is amazing. I'm obviously a huge Megadeth fan (hence the username), I have to say Endgame really grew on me. It's become my #3 Megadeth album as well. I went through a phase for a few months where it was one of the only things I listened to... thankfully I didn't kill it for myself.  ;D

I downloaded Rust in Peace Live at the Palladium in Hollywood.  Awesome live album!  :2metal:

Endgame is indeed amazing, though I'd put in 4th place (after CtE, RiP and PS). Still, a very good album, though I must say that I enjoy Th1rt3en nearly as much. The title track is probably my favourite Megadeth song.

A proshot I wasn't aware of that must have surfaced in the last couple of years, Rust in Peace Tour 1990 in Detroit. My favorite line-up and a kick ass set list.
Make sure you check out Wake Up Dead (opening song) and this very cool band introduction followed by Anarchy in the U.K. So good  :metal

I am quite happy I was never a big fan of Megaderp, because this would seriously mar my enjoyment of it.

Does he really believe that stuff or is he just throwing it out there? Dave's always been weird with things like that...

I think it's safe to assume he believes that. Not so long ago he said something similar, right?

I think he also said he was supporting Rick Santorum in the Republican primary, because he seemed like a reasonable fellow.

As someone on r/metal put it: Dave Mustaine saying something stupid isn't news. It's news when he doesn't say something stupid.
Gadough isn't Hitler. He's much, much worse.

Yeah Mustaine's got some Ted Nugent infection the last few years, I miss anarchist Dave so much.
I wouldn't go as far as regretting being a Megadeth fan for this heh, the man was a great musician for much longer than he was a wack job.

Sorry Dave, I still love you. Even though you defended Bush when Al Jourgensen did the right thing and ranted him hard.
