It's better than his Black Rain stuff. I'm glad he's finally rid of Zakk Wylde, but he really needs to just hang it up. It's way too generic.

It's not that bad.  But his voice sounds funny in the verses, almost like being put through a pitch corrector.

I pretty much have everything Ozzy except for Black Rain.  Never bothered to get it cause I was so sick of Zakk Wylde's pinch harmonic squeals every other measure.  Even on Osmosis and Down To Earth, the material was starting to get relatively generic.

Sounds like someone made a ZZ Top beat generator on a novelty website and Ozzy's people sampled it for the verse beat with it's uber dime-a-dozen early-80s high hat sound.
