« on: April 19, 2010, 01:34:25 PM »
Just thought I'd say that after seeing some videos of DT in south america, I'm really excited to see what they put on the next dvd.

Songs i want to see include, not in order:

A Nightmare To Remember
Wither
12 step Suite
The Mirror
Lie
Caught in A Web
The Best of Times
Peruvian Skies
The Count of Tuscany
Learning to Live

I have all the DVDs, but I can't seem to remember if LtL is actually on any of them (apart from the bonus cut on the Scenes DVD)
space cadet, pull out.

Yes it should be a very high quality DVD, in the same style as score/budokan. Some of the live footage from the wither video looks very high quality!

Woah Woah Woah...Learning to Live? With the F#? When was this? Or are you guys just wanting this to be on a DVD?

In all honesty I see the MSG concert being recorded, sorta homecoming event for them. I can see The Best of Times being played their too.

Fixed for ya.  You're new, its okay, you didn't know.  :)

As for LtL, I do find it really odd that it hasn't been on an official DVD yet.  I know its on the Live in NYC '93 bootleg CD though.  And I don't think I'd want a DVD from this tour, seeing as it was mostly ProgNation stuff instead of full DT shows.  Next tour, when they go back to Evening With... we'll be in for a real treat.

No there's not.
Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.

It's not on an official, high-quality DVD in its entirety. There's a piece of it in a medley on the 5 Years in a Livetime DVD. It's on the Live at Bucharest bootleg which is of dodgy quality (and no F Sharp). The Metropolis 2000 DVD is definitely the best rendition we have to date.

I wasn't trying to do the F# man! I was saying Woah as in Woah, WAIT A MINUTE MAN~! etc.

But for some good clips of the F#, if you haven't you should check out the YouTube video where some guy compiled 26 F#.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0793ty7xYbw - Enjoy if you haven't
