I liked Nise, but only because I adjusted my expectations beforehand. If I have gone in expecting more Bake, I would have been disappointed. That has more to do with the changed story direction than the increased fanservice, though.
Speaking of which, the fanservice wasn't that much worse in Nise. Aside from the infamous episode 8 and a few other sections, Nise rarely went further than, let's say, Nadeko Snake or Tsubasa Cat.
As someone who generally dislikes fanservice except for when it contributes to characterization, I didn't have many issues with the way it was handled in any part of Monogatari. Even Nise or Tsuki.
