I do, but since I'm driving, I only do one hand at a time.  If I'm driving with my left hand, I'm air-guitaring the picking with my right.  If I'm driving with my right hand, I'm air-fretting.

Also, I gotta say, if JLB sung the verses better this would probably go from top 25 to top 10.
