Good stuff man, real tight playing. I think I read on the other thread people saying there needed to be a hook or something, I'd agree with that 100%. The first lick is awesome, total Zappa to my ears. Even if you made that the head and brought it back a few times that could work IMO. Although there are a lot more unisons throughout the song, I wasnt sure if any of them were repeats. I know you're not the songwriter (right?) but definitely try and bring in some kind of motif, hook or head to make it seem like more of a 'song' and less of a backing track for the guitarist to wank over.
(No offense dude, he is a VERY good player.)
But, that aside I really enjoyed it! You seem like the total anchor of the band, the drummer seemed to be a little sloppy in places. Nothing like a tight bass player...
