Thats why I don't give women handshakes.  Its either the lean in for a peck on the cheek or just a wave hello.  Thats mainly a cultural thing tho.  It weirds me out that Rumby would shake a womans hand, let alone a firm, manly shake.  :lol

Definitely a cultural thing, and I've noticed that with Americans, that the handshake is much more a business thing than anything else. In Germany it's a normal form of greeting too.
