Are we allowed to vote for the ones in: 5 way tie with 4 votes?  I think Dave Matthews Band is in that group.

No, otherwise I would have listed them.

I take the top 10, and I cut it short if its tied, and I've been consistant with that format so far.  The cutoff has to be made somewhere, and the ones that barely make it in don't fare well anyway.

I'd like to see it done the other way, too.  What if 12 albums tied for 4th place?  Would you just eliminate all 12 and then only three would be left?

If something that unlikely happened, I'd probably run a tie breaker; but it didn't happen, and its not like any of the ones tied would have put a serious dent in the standings.  This isn't "everyone gets a trophy day".   I've been consistant with it throughout.

I know you've been consistent with it; I just don't agree with eliminating the albums tied if it brings the overall total for the second round to a little over 10.  But it is your game, so we'll play by your rules. :biggrin:
