Borderlands 2
« on: November 15, 2013, 04:41:54 PM »
Just finished this game doing 2 player co-op online with the bro.

Love it so much. It's a great game. So much to do - loads of different environments. Lots of different funny characters. Great voice acting.

I've finished it twice now. Once on my own and once on 2 player co-op online.

Plus I love games that you can finish but then carry on anyway.

You can keep going back to the final boss and killing him over and over for infinite loot :lol

Anyone else played any of these games ?

I actually just started playing it and OMGWTFDOOOOOOD I dunno how I haven't already played the shit outta this. It's friggin' Diablo (pre-fuck-up) in first person and with a twist. Actually, now that Blizzard has anally raped the Diablo series, this could be a heavy contender in being my new addiction for the looting/RPG genre, and it's so awesome that they decided to go with an FPS structure. This is the first game I've played that's like this and it's really fun. I bought the whole package, every update so far and I've got Psycho, who is awesome. Though I'm picking up that there's a lot of psychos in this game, and apparently the main enemies names are psycho so... :rollin I haven't even heard of Borderlands before this so suffice it to say I haven't played the first, but with a game like this I'm assuming it's really not worth playing.

Anyway, I'm down for some online since the few friends that I do have aren't huge gamers and if they are then they're strictly old-school-RPG sluts.

DTP says "WOW, LOOK AT THAT GREAT POST"
RIP DTP.

Pop Goes The Bandit! ;D

I play online using Steam. I'm on level 36 at the moment ;D

The first borderlands is great if you played that one first and then this one - but going back to the first game is too different. It's a lot less refined than this one.

Plus Ellie is hilariously massive and coupled with her accent makes her one of the funniest game characters ever.

Skimming through this thread because I haven't finished this game yet, my brother has though.

We were playing co-op and it's one of the most fun co-op experiences I've ever had.

The downside of co-op is that the enemies get harder so it's not as much fun :lol

GET YOU ONE ! ;D ;D
