I can't seem to be able to post this on the Maiden thread for some reason, so here it goes: https://www.sonicperspectives.com/features/iron-maiden-top-5-desert-island-albums/

Good choices. I'd probably replace Killers with Piece Of Mind and Number Of The Beast for No Prayer For The Dying (yes really) but I could live with the other 3 choices. Honestly, I could probably pick any of the reunion albums in place of AMOLAD as they're all very consistent.

Adrian Smith stepped up and brought some of his best songs to date: “Wasted Years”, “Sea of Madness” and “Stranger in a Strange Land“.
Man I just don't get these songs. They are bottom tier IM material for me. That whole album is very meh. And I much prefer the debut to Killers.
So...
IM
TNotB
Piece of Mind
A Matter of Life and Death
Those have been my top 4 for... well, as long as AMoLaD came out. And from there it gets harder. So maybe, Powerslave? SSoaSS? BNW? I don't know.

Number of the Beast
Piece of Mind
Powerslave
Somewhere in Time
Seventh Son
One of the best stretches of albums ever. Nothing since has come close. BNW was good, as was Book of Souls, but they lack the energy and get a bit repetitive/long.
Would love to see another 45min Maiden album, with most songs under 5 mins.

Killers
Powerslave
Number of the Beast
Seventh Son of a Seventh Son
Dance Of Death/Piece of Mind

Killers

Killers, Piece of Mind, Number of the Beast, Powerslave... and I guess Brave New World.

Five desert island Maiden albums?
The first three are no brainers:
Number
Piece
Powerslave (or maybe Live After Death since it has the four best Powerslave tracks)
SSoaSS is a no go because, although the title track is probably a top-5 Maiden song and Moonchild is really good, the rest of the album is no better than meh.
That leaves two of the following three: self-titled, Killers and Somewhere in Time. Push comes to shove, I'm probably going with the two Di'Anno albums, but maybe I'd swap out Killers for SIT.

Easy, the first five straight.
-
Powerslave
Killers
Skunkworks
Accident of Birth
The Chemical Wedding
...wait, I must've gone off track at some point. Iron Maiden, The Number of the Beast and The X Factor.
