Also from the looks of it, your list is rather complete, it's very unlikely that more than a handful of bootlegs exist that you don't already own. I'd still try dropping a message to SetlistScotty, he may surprise you.

I'm sorry, I don't have any of my bootlegs at hand. I'm living abroad (from Italy) and whatever survived the HD Crash apocalypse is stored somewhere there, unreachable for the time being.
