For me it would be Brighton Rock(esp. Live Killers version).
Your choice?

Killer Queen.

Killer Queen.
Probably.
Also, Good old-fashioned lover boy, Bohemian rhapsody, Misfire and The Millionaire waltz come to mind at the moment, although there are obviously plenty more fantastic solos.
-
BoRHap is good. There's one I LOVE and I'm blanking on...
-
Too Much Love Will Kill You original acoustic version. It's like a separate sad song in itself.
Back to the Light.
Hammer To Fall outro solo, Live at Wembley version. That literally made him my favorite guitarist.
And of course his instrumental The Last Horizon, especially the slow and deamatic live versions in the Queen+Paul Rodgers tour.

Good Old-Fashioned Lover Boy is the first one that comes to mind.
-
I admit I don't know a lot of Queen or Brian May's solos, but the one that comes to my mind is Black Sabbath's When Death Calls. Check it out, one of my favs of all time by anyone actually, it rips.

I love the guitar solo in I Want To Break Free, but it's surely not my favorite... I still have to think about it for some time...
-
I like the Crazy Little Thing Called Love solo, maybe because it's so different from most of May's other solos.
-
I Want It All rips hard too.
-
The Miracle

I Want It All rips hard too.
You bet! I also love the one in A kind of Magic.

I Want It All rips hard too.
Yeah, this one rocks hard.

Yes! The solo in the intro is short and sweet - just 10 seconds - but it's one of my favourite solos of all time.

His pentatonic trills right at the start of that section are just so tasteful, beautiful phrasing.

The Miracle
That flanger fade solo is amazing.
