Pretty straightforward question. Who is your favorite? Personally, I think they all did good jobs within the context of their respective media. For me, I have to go with Ledger. His performance was legendary and gave a lot of depth, complexity, and layering to the character. Second would be Hammill. He did so much with just his voice. I also have to give an honorable mention to Nicholson. It's easy to write off his performance because of the film itself. But he actually did justice to the character. Another honorable mention to Zach Galifianakis' Joker in the Lego Batman Movie.

Ledger for me. Just an incredible performance. Loved Nicholson’s Joker as well but Ledger took it to a whole other level.
-
Steve Miller.
-
Hammil was perfect for that context; a cartoon. He is probably the best cartoon joker ever. But Ledger is just something else.
-
Not counting the cartoons because I just don't like the Batman cartoons: Heath Ledger. And not only was the best (real life) Joker, he's the only good one.
-
They were all good to great, but Ledger was the best by far.
-
Heath Ledger.
Jack Nickolson was great, but he was Jack Nickolson playing the Joker. Heath Ledger WAS the Joker.
-
Ledger, no doubt.
-
Ledger easily, though I gotta give a nod to the kid playing him on Gotham he's quite good.
-
Sometimes I think its Sal... but then I remember Q and that man is hilarious. Murray has his moments and Joe is definitely the leader of the group. ;)

In some ways that made it even cooler, like when Jerry Hall tells him (pre-transformation) "You like fine" and he replies with "I didn't ask." And then you see some of his thugs and you think "Hey, I think I saw that guy sitting with Jack at a Laker game."

:lol I go back and forth but if I had to pick right now I'd go with 'Q'.
-
Also, Matthew Modine. Or the guy who pilots the SSV Normandy.
-
Ledger or Hamill

This. That kid on Gotham is a damn good actor.

Joe far and away is my favorite. He'll say/do nearly anything. Do love see Sal getting all nervous though.
-
I voted for Hamill, but if it was strictly live action, It would be Ledger.

For sure Joe will do anything, that’s why I lean towards Q. Joe rarely gets that nervous/anxious uncertainty going which is half the funniness of it. Q gets SO uncomfortable sometimes it’s hilarious
They’re all freaking great though. Very entertaining show

No love for Cesar Romero? I had to vote Ledger but Cesar is a close #2. He was so over the top on the old Batman show.
-
Hamill!
Ledger was really great in the Dark Knight though..
-
All were great IMO but Ledger took it to another level. I was one of those people who upon hearing that Ledger is going to be the Joker I was skeptical but I was proven wrong.
-
Guess I'm the odd man out. I really like Leto.

Joe
