So here's the deal, at work another sous chef and I are spearheading a recognition program solely for the cooks and dishwashers. It'll be a monthly "employee of the month" type thing, with quarterly big winners. We have the logistics, and the prizes figured out, all we're missing is a catchy name for the award.
So, my request for y'all, come up with a catchy name for a back of the house /kitchen award. Our hotel wide one is star of the month, and we've also had the "you made it happen" program and "bravo grams"
Help me DTF, your my only hope.....

You are this month's "Main Ingredient".
OK, I'll work on it. :lol

I...actually like that quite a bit.

That's actually not that bad.
I should state that it needs to be on the clean side.

Well, shoot. I was going to suggest "Fargin' Toque Suckers Club." But I guess that's out now.

Awesome Sauce Award
That actually gives me an idea. RJ, what about maybe changing the name each month and using a series of bad chef-related puns for the names, so that one month it's "Awesome-Saucier Award," the next month it is the "You-Sous-Awesome Award," and so on?

In Dutch a chef is called a 'kok' (which isn't too strange, considering it's a little like 'cook'). There's this joke that Dutch people are generally really bad at speaking English where one would say in a restaurant: 'thank your cock for the lovely dinner!'.
that's all I have
