The first song I heard off that album was way too laid back/middle of the road forme but that trailer has renewed my interest.

Him and JLBs voices blended well.

Listening to Human Race now. It's OK. I had mentioned this project a while ago in the cool thread.
I'd have to hear more before I part with any cash.

There is a Triumph reunion on this plus Alex Lifeson as well. I will have to buy it.
-
Sounds pretty bland and generic from that trailer for me.

I would be interested in hearing more from this, but yeah it does sound a little bland from the trailer. Any kind of Triumph reunion, even if its one song, will always get me interested.

Time will tell, I suppose. It's been over 30 years since Rik Emmett did an album that I liked most or all of (Thunder Seven in 1984), so hopefully this will turn the tide.

Great album Kev and my first Triumph concert. 2 days before that was U2 on the Unforgettable Fire tour.

Remind me to punch you. :lol

Saw the Thunder Seven tour too. It was the night they shot the Follow Your Heart video. It was cool. After the concert, they came back out on stage and lip synched to the track 4 or 5 times.
Oh, and a good excuse to post my Rik Emmett pic!

Tim if I remember correctly, wasn't that show originally delayed and that was the changed date or is that another tour? I remember Rik lost his voice being sick.
-
I don't remember. The actual date is torn off my ticket, except the 1985. I saw the show on Feb 4, '85 in Providence. It looks like there could be an 11 preceding the 1985, which would make the only possible original date as 1/11. But I honestly don't remember.
Molly Hatchet opened.
