The world lost another great today with the passing of Wes Craven. He is responsible for so many great horror films including A Nightmare on Elm Street, Scream, The Hills Have Eyes and Last House On The Left. I credit him....along with Robert Englund... for terrorizing my childhood.
Rest in Peace, Wes. You were a true master of horror.

Aw man :-[

Yep. He was a wonderfully talented film maker, and I loved the insanity of his earlier films, as well as his "meta" approach to things like Wes Craven's New Nightmare and Scream.

What a talented guy. I love Scream

Damn... Rest in peace, my funky friend.
The man who opened my eyes to the wonders of being scared fucking shitless.
