Title: 2014-09-26 - Mandarine Tent - Buenos Aires, ARG
Post by: Sacul on August 05, 2014, 09:00:09 PM
I'd love to go to Buenos Aires, but is far away from where I live. I'll still wait for the confirmation of a date in Córdoba though, because that's near to me. But if not, I'll make impossible to see DT again! Another Argentinian fans here? :)

Not Argentinean, but is the venue that they are playing in larger than the combined crowds of their two night run in Luna Park?

Almost, since it has a capacity around 12k-14k - it's quite a big venue. (https://www.prensariomusica.com/Multimedios/imgs/9242_468.jpg). Luna park can hold just +8k persons.

Best DT show I've ever attended and one of the best overall. The guys were amazing and the crowd was amazing. Unbelievable.

The band was amazing, specially LaBrie, that made a mind-blowing performance on Lie and Finally Free. I don't know where were you guys, but on the VIP section the sound was too compressed, specially the highs and the plates of the drums - they crushed my ears. But with some earplugs everything sounded way better. I'm still half deaf though  :lol .

Found a video of an amazing performance of Trial of Tears in Argentina. Thanks to the discussion of the extended intro in the BtFW DVD thread.

This is actually better than the already amazing performance in BtFW!

Close to the sound guy the sound was perfect. I think that distance is always the best to listen a live show.
