I didn't see these guys in the official band thread yet, so I thought I'd just give them some publicity. They're from New York, I met the singer/keyboardist at a Moon Safari concert kn 2010, and just now heard their first album. It's awesome! Those of you who have Facebook, just look them up on there, and they have a Facebook player with 4 songs on it.  They're all very good, solid songs, but I recommend listening to the fourth one, I Refuse, first. Really cool stuff!

Yeah- I thought this was a thread solely dedicated to the song. If this group is as awesome as the song then I should try them on. I'll check out "I Refuse"

ETA: meh… it was okay. Not bad, but I'm not sure what sets them apart from other progressive rock bands.
