People asked for this, so here it is. This will be a traditional vine. By signing up, you agree to promptly make a copy for yourself when this arrives and then pay for shipping and mail it to the next person in the vine. If there is really high demand, I may split this into a U.S. vine and a separate non-U.S. vine.

I propose moving me, you and Caroline to a kind of separate European section for now, which we can move onto once the Americas are done. Anyone disagree?
Also are we doing the usual minimum number of posts to get involved with Vines? And if so, how many was it again?

DDTonFire and Piolo, where are you guys located? So far, it is going to South America; then Europe. If some Americans want it, we can either do a separate vine, or can just have the last European send it back here for the Americans.

Basically, a vine is a trading system where you receive the show from someone, make an extra copy, and then send the copy to the person on the list below you. It keeps repeating until all the people in the vine receive the show. Each person only has to ship out one copy though.

Really? Didn't know that. I didn't think quality was lost when you made a copy of a copy as long as you don't convert it to MP3?

No but you might get errors, or might copy it onto a lower quality disc (very likely). This way, the vine starter can make sure it's all fine, and then everyone gets the same product.

Makes sense to me! :tup I was just thinking shipping the same CD all across the globe might end up with it getting a few scratches.

Well it'll have a protective case, and each person should send it in one of those bubble wrapped cd envelope things.

Everything ariich said is correct. I'm not being strict about the post count rules on this vine because I wanted newer users to have an opportunity to share in some of this material. But, as ariich said, there are just a few rules that should be followed. Please follow them or you may not be allowed to participate in future tradiing.

Yeah, maybe that should be posted in the first post, or let the people in the vine know. Because personally, if you guys didn't say anything, I would have just assumed you send the burnt copy. I'm sure a lot of other people don't know that as well, unless they've done vines on here before.

Ironically, I was cleaning out a shelf in my room, and organizing my discs, as well as gathering my craploads of bootlegs on spindles etc, and low and behold I found WDAJU sitting tucked away in that corner shelf area....lol.
Sadly, I don't know the source, or any of that. I'm betting it's MP-3's.
Funny.
So, even though this is dead, "officially" count me out of the vine....
Unless of course it magically shows up in my POBox and then I'll be sure to move it right along.
