Title: Is it me or is this Guthrie Govan video awful?

I love Guthrie, but I think this is a terrible performance.  I'm not faulting him because everyone is human, but it's weird to hear him sounding so.... off.

I've never listened to him before so this may not be my best introduction to him.

Didn't really like the vid. I heard a few cool ideas every now and then followed by SHRED SHRED SHRED.

Between the two videos, it sounds like two different players.

That's more like it! That was excellent, and it really does seem like two different players. Must have had an off day or something.

Great playing. But ugh, is that annoying background music. Sounds like he's playing it in a supermarket.
