Hey DTF,
Just thought I'd drop in to post what I had worked on all last weekend. The mission was to plan,write, shoot and edit a film within the time frame of 72 hours, with a given color scheme, object and Hollywood cliche (we got orange, laundry basket and the double take). It was fuckin' brutal weekend full of stress, anger, murder and even some great bonding with new people. It was an experience I wouldn't trade for anything else I could have done that weekend, and the fruit of our labors was well worth it. I'm really happy with the final product, even with some of the obvious small technical issues and such (within the context of the contest, it's fair to just look past these details).
Oh and as a side note, we won best picture and best actress (I'll let you guess who won that award) so the amount of accomplishment felt was really high amongst the entire 20+ person team.
