WHO IS THE BEST THEM?? :metal

Why choose?
Eat both. Then die.
Problem solved.
-
RAMEN!
-
Fucking Ramen all the way...its funny these style of noodles I call ramen even though its not called ramen. Sapporo is good stuff.
-
This isn't even a question. Ramen easily.
-
Cup. More convenient
-
Ramen all the way. Cup contains debris masquerading as real vegetables. Ramen, however, can more easily be dolled up by cracking an egg or two into it, adding sliced ham, or many other cheap ass things that somehow become better than normal when using ramen as a base.
-
Ramen.
It's really not even a fucking contest.
The chef has spoken. :RJ:

Gotta be Top Ramen.
-
I voted for Top Ramen, but Cup noodles are okay in a pinch.
-
Ramen!
dat sodium

Ramen
-
I'm with Jay. Cup for ease-of-use.
I'm with everyone else. Ramen for taste.
There... I voted twice.
-
Ramen, and I prefer Maruchan

Korean ramen, I really need to try some of that.
I just had a cup of noodles for lunch, Cajun Shrimp flavor ("Shrimp" is right, there was only one in the whole cup). Pretty good if I say so myself.
-
Never been a fan of Cup of Noodles. Wait.... Weird, never realized there was no 'of' in the title.
Ramen, all the way. So versatile.
-
Sodium: 1436.6 mg............60% of recommended daily allowance :eek  :lol
"The Atlantic Ocean in every cup!"
-
Ramen kills you slower.

Ramen kills you slower.
Only because the sodium preserves you.

I'd been eating this store-bought lobster bisque that has 190% of the RDA of saturated fat in it until I finally looked at the nutrition panel and made that startling discovery. Yes, 190%. As in 1 day, 21 hours, and 36 minutes of your recommend saturated fat allotment in a meal that can easily be eaten in 15 minutes.
-
I saw a Korean noodle soup with kimchi package with over 1600 mg sodium.
-
No self respecting broke person eats that stuff in the cup. Its the Ramen in the wrapper. That is thou way to seek noodle enlightenment grasshopper! (and why not throw a grasshopper in there as well? Protein baby!)
And its even better if you pouch an egg in it while the noodles cook!
-
I've only had these maybe a handful of times in my life and I came in to say "what the hell is the difference?"
But thenSodium: 1436.6 mg............60% of recommended daily allowance :eek  :lol
"The Atlantic Ocean in every cup!"

Give me Cup O Noodles and a plastic fork....and I will NEVER do dishes again.
-
I've always liked Cup Noodles at bit more... maybe just because they're more convenient to make. They're both tasty though :hat

This this this this. Add chopped green onions, sliced mushrooms, and small shrimp. Top it off with one egg and enjoy.

Ramen, just because there is more variety with what you can do with it. When I ate ramen, my favorite way was to cook the noodles, then drain the water (draining the fat in the process too, but that's not why I do it) from the noodles, and add the flavor packet. Add just a few drops of water from the tap to help distribute the flavor and get each noodle coated in flavoring. If done right, it's eating noodles and not soup.

Ok...I'm curious...Why is this one so good?

It's the premium product from Korea's biggest instant noodle company. Dehydrated vegetables and beef are larger than in other instant noodles, noodles are higher quality, real bone base soup, spice isn't overpowering hot but lots of flavor... basically, for a cheap product, it doesn't taste cheap. :lol

Sums it up...
Now this ramen is gourmet, and so it costs a bit more than your average ramen, but in my opinion, it’s worth it. This ramen is the 1%.
Ever since I tried this I just can't go back to some of the other ones I would eat, including NongShim's main product (which is incredibly spicy hot).
-
The spice is great. Got a real nice kick.

Yeah, the Black has a much better balance between flavor and spice, unlike their lower product which is spice all the way.

I haven't tried the black kind, but the normal kind was pretty hot. I'll have to go to the store and look for it tomorrow.
