Title: Where is the updated topics button these days?

You know, the one where you could click to see new replies to threads you have posted in. It seems to be gone for some reason.

Right where it has always been... Next to your avatar underneath the banner.

It's there now, but it was gone for a while on mine. I changed my layout and it came back.

Also, at the far right, to the right of the search box at the top of the page, there's a plus or minus sign that hides that stuff or displays it.  At least on the theme I'm using, there is.
