I'm implementing a rule for cutting of the list starting with this round.  We already discussed something similar a few rounds back so I'm just going to use it immediately.  The big difference is that I added a third condition which makes it harder to occur.

New Rule
The list will be truncated from any song satisfying the following three conditions:

a: It is not in the top ten

b: It does not receive at least a third of the vote

c: No song below it, nor the one above it, has changed position in this round

It's not perfect, but I think some people are getting tired the list has passed some rounds for songs not going to be in the top ten.  This somewhat keeps the proof aspect of the game, the assumption being that these songs are hopelessly lost and are stable on their own, so none would make the top ten.  If a song gets added or removed I would suspend this rule temporarily, but these songs are permanently gone, and no song below them in from album game can be added.
