on the wikipedia page, its stated that "outcry" and "lost not forgotten" has no lyricist , does that mean that its instrumental?
-
I think it just means they have no info/source on it.
-
Based on everything out there, we can get all the lyricists confirmed at this point:
On the Backs of Angels - Petrucci
Build Me Up, Break Me Down - Petrucci
Lost Not Forgotten - Petrucci
This Is the Life - Petrucci
Bridges in the Sky - Petrucci
Outcry - Petrucci
Far From Heaven - LaBrie
Breaking All Illusions - Myung
Beneath the Surface - Petrucci
-
petrucci, petrucci everywhere
anyway, thanks for clearing my doubts
-
Outcry is not an instrumental, and I think that we know that from some interview with JLB or JP...am I wrong?

The Reap has spoken. If Wikipedia wants a reference, they've got one.
EDIT: Check ADTOE's wki page.

Daaaaaamn, Petrucci went to town on this album.

A Dramatic Turn Of Events also marked the first time that Petrucci contributed the bulk of an album's lyrics, an opportunity he relished. "I’ve been wanting to write an entire album of lyrics for a long time now," he says. - MusicRadar (https://www.musicradar.com/news/guitars/dream-theaters-a-dramatic-turn-of-events-full-album-preview-488940/1)

"I’ve been wanting to write an entire album of lyrics for a long time now," he says. "The process of connecting music to a message is so gratifying, especially when I have a singer like James La Brie, who can make words come to life in ways that are spine-tingling."
that´s just awesome... I´m smiling! :heart

Awwwwwwww..... :heart

I like how the two lyrics that JP didn't write, he says are kind of related, calling "Breaking All Illusions" the "Part 2" of "Far From Heaven". I have a feeling this is going to be the band's most cohesive album, lyrically-speaking, in a long long time.

Nice to see such kind words from Petrucci, compared to how Portnoy wanted to get rid of Labrie all together.

Indeed. Even though JP hasn't been all that outspoken, I think you can tell that he has always been satisfied with JLB in the band and never really wanted a change.

I agree. It's nice to see JP's position on JLB for a change, and I'm glad that he focuses on his strenghts in singing.
