It's too bad you're missing out on both Devin Townsend and Eisley, Sigz.
Also, I'm surprised you like Amorphis. They're more prog/power metal than what you usually go for.

I've only heard one song, but I enjoyed it. Rich is going, so I'm thinking I might just go even though I really don't know any of their stuff. I also tend to enjoy concerts in general, even if its a band I wouldn't normally like. I just love seeing music live.
But, I'd happily not go to any of those shows if it meant I could see Eisley :sadpanda:

I get to see Rush tomorrow, and possibly Eisley in October.

Tonight: Maybeshewill, but I really don't think I'll be going, 'cause the weather is a bit shite and I'm still ill.
4th October: Twilight Sad
6th November: Damnation Festival
16th November: Minus The Bear
22nd November: Engineers
27th February: Mogwai/Twilight Sad
None of them are actually confirmed with tickets or money yet, though.

Go to Damnation if you can, it should be pretty awesome. I was gonna go but sadly couldn't afford to stay over for the night. I know one of the people that runs it and she says there may be another awesome band yet to be confirmed.
I'm going to see Oceansize again tonight and then the big PT gig in a couple of weeks plus I'm going to see Adrian Belew at the end of the month, not sure what that'll be like.

I really-really want to.
I had a blast last year and this year has some bands I'd rather not miss. Curious to find out who the other band may be.
It depends on money/accommodation/travel expenses... so really, it's just money. Blah.

Holy fuckin shit! They are doing only ONE US date? God damn it!
Also I'm seeing Devin Townsend - October 9th. It's probably going to be the last show I attend this year.
-
This year, yes. If it sells out, they could definitely do more next year. Be sure to tell your friends about it so it sells out. I know tons of people who are traveling across the country for this concert, it will be a huge thing.

I'd fuckin kill to be able to make it, but alas, I cannot. I heard a rumor saying this is Rammstein's very last U.S. show, but again it was just a rumor. Fuck I want to see these guys live.

I can easily call that bullshit. They're doing better than ever chemistry wise and the only reason why the only did MSG because they were unsure of the U.S. market and didn't want to downsize the production show because of their ego.

Well if they come to Seattle some day, I will be there. I. Fucking. Will. Be. There.
