Was wondering that, and I would love to see a video of that.

I think at least one Genesis song was played on each of his solo tours until Us, I think. I know he played "Back in NYC" and "I Know What I Like," not sure about the others.

Yep, "Back in NYC" is the one I knew about. I didn't know he also did "I Know What I Like" but it doesn't surprise me. He's the only one in the band that actually liked that song.

Still waiting for a classic Genesis lineup reunion tour of The Lamb.

While that would be cool, Peter Gabriel simply doesn't have the voice anymore to do many of those songs justice. Granted, most fans would bust a nut over just the sight of the five of them onstage together, but I am just saying. :p

I think in his first solo tours he played The Lamb Lies Down in Broadway (song). And he in the mid 80's played with Genesis a benefit concert. I wish they videotaped that in the past. Also carpet crawlers 99' and some of the Lamb live was re-sung by Gabriel to the Live Archives album.

While I could imagine Peter coming back, I can't imagine Steve Hackett returning to the band in any capacity, as awesome as it would be

Hasn't Steve said that he would be open to reunite if Peter was up for it? I believe I've read that somewhere.

Yep, it's Peter that's been the holdout recently. As much as I'd love to see it happen, I really can't blame Peter. Genesis was a band he played in over 35 years ago, with guys he knew from school. Great memories, good times, but it's just not where he's at mentally or musically anymore.

All I know is that Sledgehammer is featured in my favorite movie ever; The Big Blue.
