Title: Final stretch of Music Marathon
Post by: yeshaberto on July 05, 2010, 05:04:49 PM
on March 14th, 2010 I decided to see how long it would take to play through my 3400 songs.  I have 48 songs left.
the playlist is the one on my computer with itunes.
I have the same songs in my car and also on my ipod, which I am not keeping up with.
so basically, in about four months I have sat at my computer long enough to listen to 12 days (according to itunes) of music

I know some of you periodically listen through all of your albums

feel free to discuss

I probably have around 34,000 songs instead of 3,400. No way in hell could I listen through all of them.

^ I still don't particularly understand the point of having that much music.

I was thinking the same thing, but giving him the benefit of the doubt that he actually listens to it...but I know there are some here who have that much music who haven't even listened to any of it

I don't listen to all of it at once, but there comes a time when you've listened to an artist 1000 times, you get bored of them and want to move to something else. I just keep the artist in my library regardless.

I've been trying to branch out into other styles of music as well.
