Spongebob was my first April Fools here on DTF (what a noob) but I did like the Spongebob more than this. It actually made me smile. I'm ready for the black DTF back - much more comfortable to look at. but still good job mods/DTF.

Current plans are to leave this theme as an optional user theme. (but when we swith back, everyone will be switched to the forum default, so you'll have to manually switch it back if you want this one)

Status of this 4/1 prank on other boards:
So people on MP.com seem to have thought this was pretty funny.
Neal Morse's forum is really slow, but the few people that have posted in the thread there have given favorable responses.
Marillion's forum, unfortunately, does not allow posting of images, so I think the thread loses a lot of impact there. Also, it got moved by the mods to a different forum than where I originally posted it.
The Flower Kings forum: People there seem to like it.

Our scout ships have reached the Meniketti Forum. They found the remains of a Rebel base, but they estimate that it has been deserted for some time. They are now conducting an extensive search of the surrounding forums.

I didn't mind the new theme for the colours as much as other things. E.g. I couldn't tell which threads have new posts. The classic BC&SL theme is very tidy.
