The Kindness Of Strangers's Final Round's Results:
The Good Don't Last 6 (54.5%)
Flow 5 (45.5%)

Harm's Way
6. In The Mouth Of Madness
7. Strange World
And now we begin the band's FOURTH album, and of their six albums with Neal Morse, this is often looked upon as many fans' least favorite. However, it's got a lot of good material on it, particularly (and expectantly) the longer songs.
I'll be going with "Can't Get It Wrong" first.

Can't Get It Wrong
Just listened to this album for the first time in a while, and I thought the first half is remarkably strong. It completely loses me from The Gypsy onward, though...

Really? There's no redeeming qualities about "The Healing Colors Of Sound"? Sure, it's a bit disjointed as an epic, more so than their first album's epics, but I think releasing the song as separate tracks helps push that idea into fans' minds.
Had The Light been released like The Tangent's first album The Music That Died Alone (where the epics' individual movements were indexed as separate tracks), they might've been viewed as less cohesive and more of a collection of parts/mini-songs/unfinished ideas.

Honestly, nothing about The Healing Colors Of Sound grabs me. It's interesting how SB epics can be hit or miss, this one missed big time, but to be fair it was hard following up The Light, The Water, Time has come, The Good don't last and Flow.

This is very true - the epics on the band's first 3 albums were AMAZING. Also, you forgot "The Doorway" and "Walking On The Wind" as well, more importantly... "THE DOORWAY". YOU ARE THE DOORWAY!

Gibberish, Skin and Can't Get It Wrong all suck swamp water, so just chuck all three now and let's go from there.
