Definitely Dance on a Volcano. The last couple minutes are pure awesomeness but I've always found the "better start doing it right" part really annoying, and that takes up about half of the song. Ripples and Entangled are two of my all-time favorite Genesis songs.

Ripples.  It and Entangled are similar and both awesome in similar ways, but while Ripples comes back for one last chorus and fades, which is a completely valid artistic choice, I prefer how Entangled actually has an ending.
