Since ToT it seems like the only times I can clearly recall him NOT sporting graphic T's(sometimes Hardy sometimes not) is when wearing solid black t-shirts. My suggestion for dealing with this is to clone JM. Next we hit the internet exhaustively to find out if there's a part of the brain that controls fashion choices. If confirmed, we remove that part from JP's brain and replace it with the one from the JM clone.

Why JM? Because aside from the occasional jacket worn in interviews he seems to wear solid black shirts the majority of the time.

It's an OWL and it's kind of strangely staring into the camera with a caption that reads: "O RLY?" on the bottom, as if to say, "OH REALLY?" It's supposed to be funny because it's an OWL saying, "OH REALLY?", but spelled like an uneducated person on the internet.
