Hi Kade, got a question here. I listened to Marillion (boring-ass prog rock, you obviously have never heard of them) on my last long run and my mid-Z2 pace was around 6:50. If I listen to Winger (true rock) instead, will my Z2 pace be 5:30 like yours? Thanks.

Obviously in, I'll have to think about the themes tomorrow, I'm not quite sure the first few fit some of the stuff I had tentatively slated for early on yet.

I've actually never run to Winger yet because when I listen to Winger my nads like.......quadruple in size which would make it tough, but Winger is in fact the secret to a flying pace.  I actually heard that Elliot Kipchoge runs to Winger every marathon.  What does that tell ya!!?

The themes were just a fun tie in to the albums, nothing serious, if you can materialize something and convince me it fits the theme, I'm all ears.
