As frequently happens, Super Dude nailed it.
Joe and I in the same squad is basically the virtual equivalent of us plowing a rape van through an elementary school playground at recess.

Orion....that's the one with a bunch of power chords and boringly harsh vocals, isn't it?
Porcupine Tree - The Sky Moves Sideways (US Version without Moonloop on it)
A Perfect Circle - Thirteenth Step
A Perfect Circle - Thirteenth StepI've fallen in love with this album recently.
Oh yeah, I should mention I do have Wish You Were Here, and I'm having trouble getting into Tool. I'm guessing 10,000 Days was a bad place for me to start?
Every time someone brings up "Never Enough", the terrorists win.
I don't know how much you like whacky electronic music, but Transylvania Radio by Casey James and the Staypuft Kid is one of my favorite albums of all time. God, i think I've listened to that album over 100 times, easily. And it's free!
Agalloch - Ashes Against the Grain
Devin Townsend-TerriaDo it. Now.
Gadough isn't Hitler. He's much, much worse.
And I would agree, 10,000 Days probably wasn't the best album to start with. Lateralus would've been a better choice, IMO.-Marc.
Oh Jackie, always jumping to the most homoerotic possibility.
Thrice - The Alchemy Index (Volumes I to IV).4 EPs in two albums - fire, water, air and earth. Each EP reflects it's namesake in style of music. I only got it yesterday but it's getting better with each listen and is just so enjoyable - the four contrasting styles means there is a section that fits different moods I'm feeling and the type of music I want at the time.
Opeth - Ghost Reveries
Kansas - LeftovertureKansas - Point of Know ReturnNot a bad song on either one, and they're not terribly long listens either. Awesome classic/progressive rock.
Not so sure how this will go over:Kiss - DestroyerPink Floyd - AnimalsLordi - Babez for BreakfastBest Lordi album since Get Heavy...Lordi - Get Heavy

Clearly, RobD is a genius.
