How'd it work out for her? I can't sleep without it.
Well, it was a real struggle. They ended up prescribing sleeping aids and she had a hot line number she could call at any moment to talk her down when she was jonesing for it too much. She jumped back on it a few times but eventually kicked it.
As I recall, the biggest problem is that your sinuses swell shut when you
don't use it, so you become a mouth breather for 4-5 days until the stuff get's out of your system. It's kind of torturous.
I don't believe it actually has an addicting narcotic in it, but if you're predisposed for getting hooked (she had an addictive personality) it can rule your life.
