It seems like a follow up to Pale Blue Dot. Now I want to listen to both of those songs back to back, starting with PBD. The drum fill that starts off The Alien after the end of PBD could almost make it feel like one big epic song.
Yes, they have a way of flowing one album to the next quite nicely. Btw, welcome to the forum AVFTTOTW!
Yes they are strangely similar songs, in a way it's kinda like how between SFAM and Octavarium, the albums began with the sound at the end of the previous album. It's like The Alien is figuratively like this in it's relation to DOT.
I forgot that back in the day we used to call SFAM-8VM the "meta-album".
Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now?

Everyone else, except Wolfking is wrong.
