What Shows are you currently watching?

Been on a big Christopher Titus kick lately, and I found seasons 1 & 2 of Titus on DVD for cheap, so I’m currently watching that. Completely forgot how hilarious that show was. 3 episodes deep and the wife and I were laughing our butts off.

Wow, I haven't thought about that show in years, I thought it was hilarious. I need to see if it's streaming anywhere.

Abigail Spencer was great in it! I was also hoping for another season. On another note.. When WAYWARD PINES was cancelled, another great show, I was equally bummed. This is why I'm reluctant to start new shows.

Really?  I'd have to go back and watch Ep.1.....but I've liked the show the whole time. Sure it's animation and rudimentary at that but I've really dug it.

For sure.  The show reminded me a little of Voyagers!, which was a show from the early '80s that lasted only one season.

Shocked how much I'm enjoying the Squid Games reality game show on netflix, we watched the first 3 episodes last night

Still loving The Gilded Age. Julian Fellowes' well-researched historical fiction writing is top notch (stating the obvious) and the costumes, sets, locations, and overall production are stellar. Of course I may be slightly biased as I  am a total nerd about this period in history. ✨

Shocked how much I'm enjoying the Squid Games reality game show on netflix, we watched the first 3 episodes last night

Quite addictive!  I hate most of the contestants though, it's always satisfying when they get eliminated (Bryson, Dash...).  I'm amazed not one player spotted the trick played on them at the end of episode 5 - both me and my wife know what was coming as soon as they had to pair up.....

Yeah, I was also shocked no one thought about being paired up  Hating the contestants is a big part of liking the show for me.  I love having someone to root against.  But seriously, these games are intense.  You can feel the tension in the room during these games and I'm honestly shocked to feel that way.  Also that one person who eliminated the 3 people at the end, damnnnn that was gutsy but also good choices for the game! 4 more episodes came out today so we are likely watching at least two if not all 4 tonight.

Also, loved the battleship game.

This  IS quite addictive! Really neat….I didn’t think it’d work out well but it is. Pretty neat.

I agree a lot of the contestants are annoying though. I think they have to be.

TJ (the dude who ended up as the group leader) calling a prayer group was the cringe moment for me, he'd seemed OK till then.  Amusingly the two brits girls were shown looking seriously baffled by having to be part of that shite!

Great show.

Like most 90s/2000s sci-fi, there’s a good number of duds but it keeps getting better and has a great cast. It’s actually on my rewatch list as soon as I finish up Stargate Atlantis and Universe.

I started watching Modern Family.  REALLY solid through about 10 episodes, and I'm in love with Julie Bowen.

She's really attractive in that show; I don't mean physically, I just mean the balance between being the sane, smart one in the family, but having her own foibles... I could watch that all day. 

The one where Phil gets the van with the advertisements on the side is one of the greatest episodes in sit-com history, IMO.

Finished the Golden Bachelor last night.  I wasn't really into it.  But he chose a local girl to where I live which is pretty cool.
