Morning ya'll.
Dealing with an employee who decided he dictates the hours in his shift. Client decided to restructure when they want security at that site (used to be 2 shifts, a swing and a grave, per day with 24 hour coverage on Sundays). Starting this week, they cut out everything but the graves, and modified the shift (used to be 11p-6a. Now it's 10p-6a).
He argued with me about it over the phone on Friday, and then sent me a text on Saturday sayin "Hey boss I'm not going to be going in at 10p on Fridays lets keep it at 11p thanks"
Really? I explained that I have no say so in the shift. Neither does the owner of the company (whom I am keeping in the loop with all of this.)
Some people....
