Okay, I think I get what's funny about that cartoon. The girl wishes she could talk to ponies, but it turns out that ponies talk about really boring stuff and now she's bummed.
But what threw me off was the "9/11 conspiracy" angle. One thing I've seen is the claim that burning jet fuel can't melt steel beams, therefore that "proves" that the whole thing was fake, or something. The insides of those buildings had to have been thousands of degrees, and yes, hundreds of gallons of burning jet fuel (which is what you get when you crash a fully-loaded, fully-fueled 747 into a skyscraper) will melt pretty much anything.
So that's not the part that supposed to be funny, right?
