What is being chanted at the end of outcry? Is it people chanting "Out! Cry!" or what?

Live I think it's just a plain old HEY. But I can kinda hear OUT CRY. Hmmm...

I just hope the fans do it live, it would make an awesome live moment with all the fans going "HEY!".
