I've got 29 of them on vinyl. Not seen the light of day in 20 years and more.
I had 40 of those pictured, mostly all on cassette. The only one I had on vinyl was Kiss' Killers.

I gave away two big boxes of my cassettes a few years ago.

32 of them on cassette to go with the 29 on vinyl. A few double up (triple up if you count the cds too )

I had 30 of those, mostly on cassette, a few on vinyl. Between me and my best friend at the time, we had like 95% of them.  :rollin

Listening to the new Magnum ATM and I'm surprised at how good it is.

Good to hear as the sample sounded underwhelming.  Check you PM's man.  It's too late though, I already ordered from Amazon UK.  ;D

Geez.  I had 41 of those between albums and cassettes.

Yeah that sample is the most odd ball song on the album, lets just say it would have made a great 'bonus' track  ::) ::)

Without going through old posts, who recommended/pimped out Dynazty?  Finally got around to finding some music of theirs (on ReverbNation).  Nice stuff.  Feeling a purchase coming on.

Paul has talked about them at times and I PM'd links to you months ago .  I assume you got the Tad Morose stuff - let me know what you think of that before 2015  ;D

They sound ok, but nothing standout. Still sounds a lot more promising than the last couple of albums though. I'll check it out once it's released.

The new Stan Bush album is officially out now, although I was naughty and have been listening to it for the past week or so. I don't like any of the ballads, but the rest of the album really hits the spot as usual. Don't expect anyone else here would like it though.

If you didn't like the last couple, don't bother. I don't think you'll like it, because you don't have the touch. You don't have the power.

Well then, it was likely the links that you PM'd me that I finally got around to in my "Watch Later" YT list.  Good stuff.

Still haven't hit the Tad Morose links.  Prepping for DT concert this week is taking up most of my listening.

Yeah decent song, although I don't think I could stomach a whole album with those kind of 'chic' lyrics.
But as you said Vinny rips, reminding me a lot of old style Gary Moore.

Given how old he looks, you'd think he'd done something before now. The comments in say the Dare guys are "introducing" him..

As far as I know he was just a pub/club band guy before Vinny got him involved in this.

I've also never bothered to check out Dare.

I'd give The Three Lions another shot, but if that is the best song on the album, its not going to be very good. Those lyrics were cringeworthy.

Blood From Stone is good too but things get a bit more chilled after that. Sort of a Celtic snoozefest... Good if you're in the mood for that but the "rock" disappeared.

Calm Before The Storm (especially the recent re-record) isn't that much softer than Out of the Silence.  I didn't bother with them after that album but it's a good one.

Blood From Stone is the real odd one out , the way that it rocks.........I like it but I think the songwriting is a lot stronger on Out of the Silence.  As Paul said , "if you're in the mood" .......it's a ripper.

At the risk of being obvious -  Journey, Toto, Foreigner, Survivor

New Brother Firetribe song for those interested

I've never got into them much as it's all so samey, over produced and cheesy but for what it is it's a decent song.

Interesting. Seems that Neal Schon and other members of Journey are doing a lot of side projects lately. Can't wait to hear them all.

I like 'em. Prefer the singer's other band, Leverage, but BF are pretty good for cheesy AOR. At least the guitars are there with the keys.
New song sounds fine. Not alot different from their previous stuff but decent.
