They are basically the same

I think Orcus has demolished this argument 47 times by now.

I've got 48 primed and loaded if need be.

They weren't necessarily trying to make another Colors. Tommy and Dan both said at one point their goal was to outdo Colors, which they of course did not do.

i was watching the making of TGM documentary yesterday...briggs felt they accomplished said task.

While I agree they aren't the same, and that Colours is better, I'd like to read the demolition.

That was EXCELLENT. Loved it, loved it, loved it. If the rest of his album is that good, I'll definitely pick it up.

I listened to Colors for the first time today, my 'first' experience of the band. (apart from the fact that i had heard The Decade of Statues a year ago)
Not really sure what I think, it was... different.
Probably needs several more listens, before I can give an opinion. :P

I'm trying to remember I loved it, but I "do" remember that I quite liked it and I listened to it several more times and it grew and grew and grew even more.
