It is now time to start the series of polls for 01011001, the seventh Ayreon album and the one with the most singers on it! With a lot of tracks clocking at 8-10 minutes range, the competition will definitely be fierce. Exciting times! Let's begin with Round 1.

Even though I will be voting it next, I should say I kinda like Web of Lies.

And I like Dots a little bit better so it's Web Of Lies.

Yeah, I often feel like that on survivors with intro/interlude/generally hated tracks. :lol

Although they are both clearly the first to go, I must say I definitely prefer Connect the Dots to Web of Lies, mainly because I do love the chorus of Connect.

Or, we ask the as of now only single person that didn't vote those two songs to break the tie.

I voted Web of Lies, even though Connect the Dots would be next. The only merit Connect the Dots has over Web of Lies is that it's legitimately funny how bad the lyrics are. They made me laugh the first time I heard that song. I remember thinking 'this guy can't be serious..'

That song (as well as Web of Lies) is completely disconnected from the rest, or so it seems. The Truth is In Here and E=mc2 suffer from the same problem.

This guy gets it.

I get your point Mirror, but it's still an album that people want to listen to. I don't think that anyone should sacrifice musical/lyrical quality for the sake of staying in the story.
