Mick Mars - The Other Side Of Mars

Further proof that Motley Crue is a talent suck. They let Mick go and bring the vastly over-talented John 5 to replace him. I like the Crue up to Dr. Feelgood. I think they are a huge joke now. Mick wrote a nice and solid album here. Nothing special. Just a heavy record with great playing and the awesome Ray Luzier on drums.

Absolutely not. A guy named Jacob Bunton sings on all but 2 of the tracks. A guy named Brion Gamboa sings the other 2. The last track is an instrumental. Kind of a Blues Metal type of track, I guess I could call it.

Love this 2024 metalcore release. It’s more varied than the usual metalcore music. They wisely use different types of vocals and they all sound great. The guitar work is very good. Some great break downs and mix between soft/heavy parts as well. I highly recommend.
