It's been absolutely hammering it down with rain all day today.


i expect the next high tide to be very high indeed ! Always spooky at night. Seeing the river above where it normally is.

The supermarket car park is at river level and always floods. Looks so creepy.

I am fucking exhausted holy shit. Between stress and fatigue I don't know how I didn't crash on the way in today. My eyes were rolling and "vibrating" (you know that awful feeling as your vision goes out of focus and then you re-focus as quickly as possible) and there were several times I imagined that I was driving off the road when I wasn't. I even autopiloted off my detour route (my usual route is under construction for a while so I have to drive a secondary route) and had to turn around. I should have pulled over but I gutted it out. Not cool, not smart, not fun. *sigh*

I like the idea of vinyl, but in our current house (rental), there isn't really anywhere to put up and enjoy a real audio setup.  We will be looking to buy sometime in the next year, so it will wait until then.
